Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where Teebete is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Teebete may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access for users or contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Good-Faith and Misuse Disclaimer

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices may result in legal consequences. Teebete reserves the right to reject incomplete, invalid, or abusive notices.
