This page is a quick-reference companion to our full legal documents — covering how Teebete handles intellectual property, brand independence, accessibility, and legal compliance. For the complete contractual terms, you’ll want our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This page just covers the highlights.
Company Information
Our Original Design Policy
We’re a print-on-demand business — every design we sell is either built in-house or developed from original concepts made specifically for Teebete. Unlike a lot of POD marketplaces where anyone can upload anything, we keep editorial control over what actually goes into production under our name.
Before anything gets near a printer, our team checks it against a few standards:
- The design must be original artwork or licensed content we have explicit rights to use
- It must not reproduce a registered logo, team mark, league emblem, or copyrighted character
- Typography, color palettes, and visual themes may reference a cultural mood (e.g. “game day energy”) without copying any specific brand’s protected assets
- Any flagged or disputed design is pulled from sale pending review
This is how most serious POD sellers operate too — original work, properly licensed content, or public domain material, because “fair use” rarely holds up in court when it comes to commercial merchandise.
Trademark & Brand Independence Disclaimer
Teebete is an independent retailer, full stop. We’re not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially licensed by any professional sports league, team, broadcaster, or brand — no matter what cultural or seasonal themes show up in our designs.
When team colors, holiday references, or cultural moments appear in our stuff, they’re there to capture a mood, not to imply a deal. Every trademark and registered mark still belongs to whoever actually owns it.
Looking for officially licensed gear? Go directly to the league, team, or brand’s authorized retailers for that — we’re not it.
Reporting Intellectual Property Concerns
If you’re a rights holder and think something on Teebete.com is stepping on your copyright or trademark, reach out — we take those reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Your written notice should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or registered trademark you believe is being infringed
- The specific product URL or listing on Teebete.com in question
- Your contact information and confirmation that you’re the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
- A statement that the information is accurate and made in good faith
Send it to [email protected] with the subject line “IP Complaint”. Valid requests get a response within 5–7 business days, and we’ll take down or disable the listing while we sort it out.
Accessibility
We want Teebete.com to work for everyone. If part of the site is hard to use because of a disability, email [email protected], tell us what’s going on, and we’ll find another way to get you what you need.
Export Control
Teebete products can’t be exported, re-exported, or transferred in violation of U.S. export control laws. By placing an order, you’re confirming you’re not in a country under a U.S. government embargo and that you’re not on any U.S. government restricted-party list.
Children’s Privacy
We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. For everything about how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
This page and our other policies are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable U.S. federal law. For full dispute resolution and arbitration terms, head to our Terms of Service.
