How to Measure

Use a soft measuring tape. Measure over a thin shirt, not bare skin — and don’t pull it tight. Keep everything level and parallel to the floor.

Chest / Bust

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under your armpits and across your shoulder blades.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, roughly one inch above your belly button. Snug but not tight.

Hips

Stand with feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Shoulder Width

Measure straight across the back from one shoulder edge to the other. Especially important for hoodies.

All-over print pieces use a cut-and-sew process — sizing is very close to a standard t-shirt but the print coverage is optimized for each size pattern. Order true to your chest measurement for the best print alignment.

US vs EU vs Asia: What You Need to Know

All Teebete products use US sizing. Here’s what that means if you’re ordering from outside the US:

US Sizing

Letter labels (S, M, L, XL), based on chest measurements in inches. Cuts are typically relaxed and generous, especially in the shoulders and torso. If you already wear US sizes, order your usual size.

🇪🇺

EU Sizing

EU letter sizes (S, M, L, XL) match US letter sizes directly. Someone who wears a US M also wears an EU M — same letter, different cut. EU tends to run slimmer, but since Teebete uses US sizing, EU customers order the same letter size as usual.

Asian Sizing

Asian clothing runs smaller. A garment labeled L in Asia equals roughly M in the US. So if you normally shop Asian brands, order one size larger than your usual Asian label when buying on Teebete. A customer who wears Asian L should order US M here.

Fit by Product Type

This is where most size guides stop — they don’t tell you that the same size fits differently depending on what you’re buying. Here’s what to expect across Teebete’s main product types:

T-Shirts & Long Sleeves

True to size. Standard cut with a relaxed US fit. Order your usual size. If you prefer a more fitted look, size down one.

Runs slightly smaller because of the heavier fabric and construction. If you’re on the upper end of a size range or plan to layer underneath, size up one.

Relaxed, open fit by design. True to size for a casual look. Size down one if you want a more fitted silhouette — these are cut generously.

Sizing Tips

When in doubt between two sizes, size up — it’s easier to wear something slightly larger than something that pulls at the chest.
For all-over print items, chest measurement matters more than weight — get that number right before ordering.
Hoodies and sweatshirts shrink slightly after the first wash, even when machine-washed cold. Factor that in if you’re right on the edge of a size.
The size chart on each individual product page is the most accurate reference — measurements can vary slightly between styles.
If you’re buying as a gift and aren’t sure of the size, a t-shirt in M or L is the safest choice for most adult men; S or M for most adult women.
