1. Return Policy Overview

Return window: 30 days from the delivery date
Refund method: Original payment method or store credit (customer’s choice)
Processing time: Within 7 business days after item inspection
Item condition: Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and original packaging

2. Eligible Items for Return

An item may be returned if all of the following conditions are met:

Purchased directly from Teebete.com
Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery
Item is unused and in original condition
Original tags and packaging are included
Return Authorization (RA) issued by our support team

Eligible product categories include:

T‑shirts and graphic tees
Hoodies and sweatshirts (including all‑over print styles)
Hawaiian shirts
Seasonal and holiday apparel

3. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Worn, washed, or damaged items
Items without original tags or packaging
Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout)
Custom or personalized apparel
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Products purchased from third‑party sellers
Undergarments or intimate apparel

4. How to Return an Item

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. For defective items, photos may be requested to assist with verification.

5. Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping if:

The item arrived damaged or defective
An incorrect item was sent
A manufacturing or printing error occurred

A prepaid return label will be provided in these cases.

Customer‑paid return shipping:

If the return is due to size preference, ordering error, or personal choice, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection
Bank or payment processor handling may require an additional 3–5 business days
Original shipping fees are non‑refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items

7. Exchanges & Replacements

Direct exchanges are not offered. To receive a different size or item:

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order:

Check with neighbors or building management
Allow up to 24 hours for carrier scan updates

10. International Returns

International returns are accepted
Customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs fees
