Eligibility for Returns:

You may return most new, unworn, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items that are missing tags or original packaging
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on product page or at checkout)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a return authorization (RA) number. This will help us process your return efficiently.
  2. Pack Your Return: Once you have received your RA number, carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging. Please include a copy of your packing slip or receipt with the return.
  3. Ship Your Return: Ship the return package to the address we provide you with your RA number. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions for return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. You will receive a notification email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return an unwanted item and use the refunded amount to purchase a new one.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
