Detroit Lions Snoopy Thankful Thanksgiving Shirt

Every year, somewhere between the parade coverage and the pie cooling on the counter, a Lions game ends up on the TV, and someone in the room is wearing Honolulu blue. That tradition is the idea behind the Detroit Lions Snoopy Thankful Thanksgiving Shirt, a holiday graphic tee for football fans who watch the Thanksgiving Day NFL game at home, at a relative’s table, or in the stands at Ford Field. The artwork sits in the middle of the chest as one crowded autumn scene: Snoopy in a turkey hat with a roasted bird in his arms, Charlie Brown in a pom-pom beanie carrying the Lions logo, a mug with a maple leaf on it, a pumpkin, and a Lions helmet resting in a pile of red and orange leaves.

The script line “Be Thankful Always” arcs over the characters in gold and orange, and the word LIONS sits below in wide block letters with an orange outline, so the team name is the first thing read from across a room. The beanie, the helmet and the mug all land inside one small cluster, which gives the eye a few places to rest. Snoopy is all in. Maple leaves drift up around the lettering, so the space above the characters never feels bare.

Next to a standard Lions logo tee, this one leans toward the holiday itself. It suits the long weekend when family is over and football plays quietly behind every conversation. Some fans will wear it to a Friday leftovers lunch, others to a tailgate in a chilly Michigan parking lot, and it works as a gift for a Peanuts fan who also follows the NFC North. The mug steams.

At Teebete, we like a design where the small props do the talking, and the turkey hat sitting beside the Lions pom-pom beanie is a good example. We made this one for Lions supporters who would rather celebrate the holiday game with a cozy scene than a loud one.

Anyone shopping for a Snoopy Lions shirt for game day or a Detroit Lions Thanksgiving shirt will find the pumpkin and the maple-leaf mug fit a living room where the pie and the kickoff share one coffee table.
